    The next Summer University RPS- EFA is coming. The event will take place the coming 27 -31 August in Mulhouse, Alsace. Three days of debates around different issues like: the question of “national minorities” in France, Federalism, the situation 20 years after Chernobyl, the use of regional languages at the European Union and youth and autonomism in Europe among others. Regions and stateless nations are flexible structures while centralist states are not adequate to solve citizens' problems. Last Sunday Catalan citizens voted in favour of their new Statute of Autonomy.
